Sherston Post Office Stores -

Paul and Gail Mather bought the village stores and Post Office in late 2004 to combine them as one to one joint business.

Since taking over the shop and Post Office they have benefited from a major refurbishment incorporating a total refit of the shop including new shelving, lighting and refrigeration and installation of second fully operational Post Office serving position.

We pride ourselves on proving a traditional friendly service and fun place to shop combined with the widest choice of goods and services possible.

A wealth of local products and produce is now stocked including the following
• Tracklements relishes made in Sherston
• Free Range Eggs from Knockdown Egg Farm
• Organic veg from nearby Tallywacker farm
• Local honey from Hullavington
• Daily deliveries of fresh bread
• Locally made meringues
• Beers from nearby Cotswold Spring Brewery
• Locally produced personalised cards
• Range of mini depicting various views of the village made by the Wentworth Jigsaw Co at Pinkney
• Locally made notelets

Recent new products include fresh fish delivered every Thursday and wide selection of dairy products from Yeo Valley Farms based in Paul and Gail’s previous home village of Blagdon Somerset.

The shop opens from 7:00 am to 18:00 pm Monday to Friday plus 8:00 to 13:00 Saturday. The Post Office opens longer than all other Post Offices in the area from 9:00 am to 18:00 pm Monday to Friday plus 9:00 to 13:00 Saturday.
